This section of the website details The Frist Foundation's grants for the current and previous two years. Technology grantees are listed separately, since most of those grants in 2008 were distributed simulataneously through an RFP (Request for Proposal) program. The only grants excluded from this listing are those matching the personal charitable gifts of the foundation staff and board members. They are not listed because they are not suggestive of the overall direction and focus of our grantmaking. A comprehensive list of all grants is included, however, in our annual tax filing, Form 990-PF.
